She took the time to explained to Kevin what everything was for & let him touched & looked at all instruments while telling him step by step what she was going to do with it. Dr. Perales was great with Kevin too. They both made him feel safe & comfortable enough, so much that for the first time EVER, Kevin let Alina take his XRays(first time) & finished a whole cleaning.. It was a very sweet experience to see such wonderful people be so kind and patient. I cried. Thanks Alina!!!!!
